About the role

  • Support recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Post job descriptions across multiple channels.
  • Manage candidate databases and ensure records are accurate and updated.
  • Assist in recruitment reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
  • Help ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Contribute ideas for improving recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • A proactive learner with enthusiasm for HR and recruitment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
