Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy (brand, digital, or integrated)
- Proven leadership in a full-service or digital-first agency
- Strong track record of building integrated strategies that connect creative, media, and brand experience
- Deep understanding of cultural insight, consumer psychology, and data-informed decision-making
- Experience managing and growing multi-disciplinary strategy teams
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Strategic thinker who’s also operationally grounded and capable of turning philosophy into systems and tools
