About the role

  • define and implement a market strategy for each placement
  • conduct detailed analysis of existing insurance programs, identifying improvement opportunities and recommendations for optimization
  • negotiate the best solutions in terms of pricing, coverage, and limits with insurance markets
  • develop close and trust based relationships with insurance markets
  • implement various initiatives that are part of the Placement strategic plan
  • support and liaise with other internal teams by finding the best solutions for client needs, provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • stay updated on market trends and best practices, especially in the Employee Benefits area, and share knowledge, information, and insights with the other teams/departments

Requirements

  • proven experience of 3 to 5 years in the Insurance sector (Broker/Insurer), with a focus on the Employee Benefits area
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • strong knowledge of the insurance market, particularly in social benefits policies, including Health, Life, and Personal Accident Insurance
  • fluent English level (minimum C1); knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
  • critical thinking and problem-solving attitude
  • excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate it in a clear way
  • team-player, being able to collaborate with colleagues from different areas and hierarchical levels
