Requirements
proven experience of 3 to 5 years in the Insurance sector (Broker/Insurer), with a focus on the Employee Benefits area
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
strong knowledge of the insurance market, particularly in social benefits policies, including Health, Life, and Personal Accident Insurance
fluent English level (minimum C1); knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
critical thinking and problem-solving attitude
excellent negotiation and communication skills
analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate it in a clear way
team-player, being able to collaborate with colleagues from different areas and hierarchical levels
