Requirements
- 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans la formation d’adultes, idéalement dans le secteur de l’assurance
- Excellente maîtrise de l’une des deux langues (FR/DE), avec une très bonne connaissance de l’autre
- Expérience avérée en management d’équipe d'au moins 3 ans
- Diplôme de niveau supérieur idéalement dans le domaine tertiaire (économie, assurance ou équivalent)
