About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative driving revenue growth for Agilent Technologies. Engaging with customers for sales opportunities and managing relationships in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand service contracts and maintenance/repair services.
  • Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven sales experience, including a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to find innovative solutions.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in insurance sales.
