Responsibilities
As the Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region, you will play a critical role in expanding Obsidio’s market share across Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive net-new enterprise business across the DACH region.
Act as the primary engine for your territory. You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline through targeted outbound outreach, deep industry networking, and strategic partnerships.
Own the full sales process, navigating multi-stakeholder environments and complex procurement cycles within large financial institutions.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with CISOs, Risk Officers, and Network Architects.
Guide organizations through regional compliance and regulatory frameworks (such as FINMA, BaFin, and GDPR).
Partner effectively with internal technical and marketing teams to align our product roadmap with the specific needs of the European market.
Requirements
A seasoned professional with proven enterprise sales experience within the Cybersecurity sector, with a strong preference for network security, application security, or risk management solutions.
Highly self-sufficient and comfortable with ambiguity. You excel at market creation, territory building, and driving pipeline independently in a "blue-ocean" environment.
Demonstrated success selling complex solutions into the BFSI sector, with a deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles.
Native or highly fluent in German (written and spoken), alongside full professional proficiency in English.
Must be based in or able to commute regularly to our office in Zug, Switzerland.
Ability to confidently discuss threat models, network architecture, and resilience strategies with highly technical audiences.
Highly collaborative, organized, and adaptable. You balance a startup hustle with the polished professionalism required to engage Fortune 500 executives.
