Responsibilities
You coordinate and manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot
You assist with scheduling, preparation and coordination of customer meetings (online & by phone)
You prepare sales materials and presentations (templates provided)
You ensure smooth back-office operations — from CRM maintenance to preparing quotes
You provide administrative support to existing customers and assist with onboarding and inquiries
You work closely with management, support and the product team
Requirements
Some experience in inside sales, customer service or a commercial/administrative role
You enjoy organizing and keep track of appointments and processes
Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., email, Excel; ideally CRM systems such as HubSpot)
Friendly, organized and reliable work style
Good verbal and written communication skills
No technical expertise required — we provide thorough onboarding!
Optional: Experience in the automotive industry or a software environment
