About the role

  • You coordinate and manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot
  • You assist with scheduling, preparation and coordination of customer meetings (online & by phone)
  • You prepare sales materials and presentations (templates provided)
  • You ensure smooth back-office operations — from CRM maintenance to preparing quotes
  • You provide administrative support to existing customers and assist with onboarding and inquiries
  • You work closely with management, support and the product team

Requirements

  • Some experience in inside sales, customer service or a commercial/administrative role
  • You enjoy organizing and keep track of appointments and processes
  • Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., email, Excel; ideally CRM systems such as HubSpot)
  • Friendly, organized and reliable work style
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • No technical expertise required — we provide thorough onboarding!
  • Optional: Experience in the automotive industry or a software environment
