About the role

  • Support implementation of the Climate Equity and Resilience through Action (CERTA) program
  • Coordinate program activities and monitor compliance
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making
  • Evaluate applications for adherence to program requirements
  • Assist in operational procedures and provide technical guidance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or related field
  • 2 years of experience coordinating or administering a program
  • Experience evaluating program guidelines
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making skills
  • Experience conducting outreach and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience maintaining a database and generating reports
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the state
