About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate integrated management system audits across the project.
- Manage and mentor a team of IMS Auditors, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, technical excellence, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Ensure Integrated Management System (IMS) is effectively implemented, compliant with ISO standards and Nuclear Site Licence Conditions, and continuously improved.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or coordinating audits within a large, complex infrastructure or engineering environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Lead Auditor or Lead Assessor certification in at least one relevant ISO standard.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience working within nuclear, construction, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
