About the role

  • Implementation Team Manager responsible for delivering transformation goals and coordinating operations in Energy & Utilities. Leading teams and supporting training to enhance client operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Implementation Lead in delivering programme milestones and transformation goals.
  • Coordinate and execute operational tasks aligned with the client’s operating model.
  • Act as a key contact for team-level queries related to client processes, systems, and training.
  • Assist in the rollout of new procedures, systems, and training materials.
  • Monitor progress against implementation plans and escalate risks or issues appropriately.
  • Facilitate team briefings, feedback sessions, and knowledge sharing to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Champion adoption of new processes and tools, encouraging best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Provide hands-on support during system changes, training rollouts, and process transitions.
  • Adherence to company targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience team leading within the client’s operating model in a utilities or broadband team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly relay information and support others through change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership and strong skills in specific HR-related areas to aid people development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Openness to undertake training relevant to the role, including consulting, communication, and transformation methodologies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and overseas as required.
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in the relevant field/industry.
  • Exposure to transformation programmes or change initiatives.
  • Experience in training delivery or process documentation.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and systems used in broadband or utilities operations.
