Process manager for service & workshop managing e-Bike partners. Role involves optimizing processes and providing support with training and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
You act as the central point of contact for our existing partners and company-owned shops in day-to-day workshop operations
You optimize workshop workflows and processes as well as the advisory support provided to our franchise partners
You support our partners through trainings and analyses to ensure the quality of our bicycle, tricycle and cargo-bike workshops
You assist with the implementation of new locations and help partners develop and establish new workshop processes
You develop and maintain training materials, presentations, checklists, manuals and online learning courses
Requirements
Ideally you are a master-qualified two-wheeler mechatronics technician or a master two-wheeler mechanic
Career changers are welcome, e.g., (automotive) mechanics or (automotive) mechatronics technicians with experience as bicycle mechanics/assemblers
You have experience in assortment planning and acting as the interface between workshop and sales
You demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of self-motivation
Willingness to support our partners on site (travel requirement approx. 60%)
Enjoy developing and maintaining partnership-based relationships
A high level of independence, sense of responsibility and customer-service orientation
