About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and organize intervention/work schedules for our team members.
  • Ensure quantitative monitoring of services performed.
  • Ensure the quality of services (qualitative control).
  • Verify compliance with instructions and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE rules (Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment).

Requirements

  • Professional experience in a similar role
  • Team management skills and ability to motivate employees
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and proactively
  • Initiative and flexibility to adapt to changing needs
  • Proficiency with relevant IT tools for the role (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
