Responsibilities
You independently manage and develop one to two European Amazon marketplaces and assume full operational responsibility for KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, traffic, margin and TACOS
You analyze relevant KPIs such as sessions, conversion rate, sell-through, inventory coverage and restock limits, and derive concrete, data-driven measures to sustainably improve performance
You continuously create, optimize and develop our product detail pages. This includes conducting thorough keyword research and strategically integrating findings into titles, bullet points, backend fields and A+ Content to improve ranking, visibility and conversion
You are responsible for professional management of variant structures (parent/child logic), perform merges and clean-ups, and implement content adjustments via category flat files – in close coordination with Design, Performance Marketing and Compliance
You oversee operational restock management including forecasting, monitor inventory levels, sell-through rates and restock limits, and coordinate inbound processes. You work closely with Purchasing and Logistics to ensure stable product availability
You plan, coordinate and analyze deals and promotions, ensuring inventory levels and Buy Box stability during promotional periods
You manage and optimize Sponsored Products campaigns and analyze campaign performance in alignment with overall strategy and relevant stakeholders
You independently handle Amazon cases, monitor account health and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Degree in e‑commerce, marketing, business administration or a comparable qualification
At least three to five years of relevant experience in the Amazon seller environment, ideally in the supplements or vitamins segment
Proven experience independently managing EU marketplaces
Excellent knowledge of Seller Central, particularly in listings, flat files, FBA, PAN‑EU and promotions
Demonstrable SEO expertise within the Amazon ecosystem
Confident use of common analysis and keyword tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
Strong analytical, data-driven working style with a clear KPI focus
Excellent written and spoken German and English
High level of personal responsibility, structured working methods and strategic thinking
