About the role
- Implementation Specialist responsible for customer solution delivery and project management. Collaborating with teams to implement TrueContext products and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Creating and running demos for new customers
- Collaborating with our sales team in order to gather customers’ requirements and proposing implementation alternatives
- Commanding the customer implementation by applying a project management approach in combination with TrueContext’ own methodology for successful adoption
- Building solutions and performing configurations for client implementations
- Providing training through webinars or custom-tailored one-on-one calls
- Sharing experiences with peers which derive the best practices used by the Sales, Implementation & Customer Support teams
- Providing input to TrueContext’ Product Management, Customer Support and Marketing teams towards the continuous improvement of our products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, and/or equivalent technical sales or information system implementation experience
- Project management experience including: Handling multiple projects at the same time, Managing personal time effectively, Dealing with clients directly using a collaborative approach
- Demonstrates “technical curiosity” and an inclination towards solving problems for their customers
- Quickly grasps and applies system analysis and general data exchange and interface knowledge
- Is a self-starter. Requires minimum supervision when it comes to planning and getting things done
- Thinks on their feet, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exhibits initiative, flexibility and desire to make our customers succeed!
