About the role

  • Guide public sector clients through all stages of product implementation
  • Analyze business needs, recommend best practices, and ensure smooth completion of multiple concurrent implementations
  • Become a subject matter expert in Euna Budget Professional’s budgeting system
  • Collaborate with clients to identify gaps and improvements to be built in the system to provide an efficient budgeting tool
  • Lead internal stakeholders to deliver the reporting, integration and product solutions needed by the client
  • Prepare and migrate client data using Euna Budget’s data load interface
  • Serve as a business partner to internal teams by sharing your expertise
  • Oversee multiple implementations from post-sales to full utilization of Euna Budget’s products
  • Define timelines, track progress, and maintain regular communication with clients
  • Identify and resolve implementation challenges by collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal results

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent work experience; background in finance or IT systems preferred
  • 3–8 years of experience in software application delivery (systems implementation, project management, analysis, QA, training)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making
  • Self-starter mindset capable of managing multiple projects independently
  • Commercial acumen and professionalism in customer interactions
  • Willingness to come into the Oakville, ON office 3 days/week
  • Legal ability to work full time in Canada (application asks about this)
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in municipal, healthcare, education and/or not-for-profit budgeting
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with budgeting methodologies like grant accounting or forecasting
  • Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience with financial planning applications (web-based preferred)
  • Nice-to-have: Report design/documentation using relational databases (SSRS or PowerBI is a plus)
  • Nice-to-have: Knowledge of project tracking tools like Cloud Coach or Asana
