Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through discovery, configuration, testing, and go-live with precision and professionalism.
  • Map client processes, identify pain points, and tailor our AP automation solution to deliver measurable results.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout.
  • Develop training materials, run workshops, and empower end-users to make the most of Rillion’s platform.
  • Offer ongoing support and best practices that help clients continuously optimize their AP processes.
  • Share feedback, refine methodologies, and help shape the future of Rillion’s implementation excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Computer systems, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience implementing RP, AP, or other financial process automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable workflows.
  • Solid project management skills, juggling multiple projects is second nature to you.
  • Technical aptitude: you’re comfortable configuring systems, troubleshooting, and learning new tools quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset, you build trust easily and make complex topics simple.
  • Experience billing customers for time and material projects.
