Implement IPM's HR systems in municipal public agencies, following business rules and client requirements, covering routines and areas such as Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Time and Attendance (Electronic Timekeeping), Performance Evaluation, Probationary Period, Occupational Health and Safety, among others
Analyze system processes and functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments
Configure and parameterize the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security
Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available functionalities
Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and addressing questions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Knowledge of public sector legislation and regulations applicable to HR/Payroll
Experience with HR and payroll software
Availability for frequent travel.
