Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for IT support and IT requests and serve as the main contact for users.
You handle and resolve the majority of support requests independently.
You proactively tackle more complex cases and escalate them to the appropriate teams when necessary.
You monitor IT systems and networks using monitoring tools to ensure stable operations.
You provision and regularly maintain endpoints, servers, and infrastructure.
You independently manage smaller IT projects.
You support internal customers during the rollout of new systems.
You manage employee-facing IT services throughout their entire lifecycle.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT (EFZ — Swiss Federal VET Diploma) or higher, or equivalent professional experience in IT support and system administration.
Practical experience with Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO / MS Entra), and administration of Microsoft Windows clients and servers in a hybrid on-premises and cloud environment.
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Microsoft Intune is an asset.
Excellent German skills (C1) and good spoken French skills (B1) are required.
