About the role

  • Assist in planning and executing HR initiatives and projects across the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and contribute to innovative HR projects, including process improvements and digitalisation initiatives.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, wellbeing initiatives, events and performance management.
  • Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members, ensuring alignment with HR policies.
  • Collaborate with management to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office; experience with HR analytics tools is an asset
  • Knowledge of Maltese labour laws and HR best practices
  • Fluency in English (Maltese is an advantage).
