Responsibilities
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and adherence to established procedures
Safeguard sensitive HR data with enterprise-grade security and compliance controls
Translate HR data into meaningful metrics and dashboards
Use AI-powered analytics to generate insights that support strategic decision-making
Act as the primary contact for system-related inquiries and coordinate with ADP support as needed
Leverage ADP’s embedded AI tools (e.g., anomaly detection, ADP Assist) to improve efficiency and resolve issues
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users
Maintain clear and accessible system documentation and user guides
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent professional experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and capability.
Proven experience working with an HRIS or similar business system
Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain data security
Solid understanding of HR operations and data analysis
Experience with AI-powered features in HCM platforms (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent search)
Ability to interpret HR metrics and communicate findings effectively
Familiarity with system testing methodologies (QA/UAT) and project management principles.
