  • Human Resources Manager overseeing payroll and benefits at Valentino in New York office. Responsible for talent acquisition and employee support, ensuring compliance and alignment with company values.

Responsibilities

  • Execute bi-weekly companywide payroll and administer all company benefits
  • Support Talent Acquisition for the Northeast region and all Corporate roles
  • Ensure all employees are paid accurately and are enrolled in appropriate benefits programs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Human Resources, Payroll & Benefits Experience
  • Experience in retail, luxury retail or service-oriented organization, preferred.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
