Requirements
Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)
Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in HRIS departments or equivalent HR technology roles
Proven track record in HR-Payroll system implementations and deployments
Demonstrated proficiency with Workday HCM platform and its various modules
Advanced skills in data management tools including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for analytics and reporting
