Responsibilities
Lead large-scale HR technology transformation programs across multiple industries.

Requirements
Proven experience (10+ years) in HR technology consulting or transformation
Deep functional and technical knowledge of at least one major HRIS platform (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday)
Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end HR technology implementations and transformations
Strong understanding of HR processes across talent management, core HR, payroll, learning, and workforce analytics
Experience in managing senior client relationships and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
