About the role

  • Drive recruitment efforts across Europe, the US, and occasionally Latin America, identifying and attracting top talent
  • Execute and manage offers, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Oversee vendor and partner engagement, ensuring smooth coordination and a consistent employee experience across all regions
  • Foster positive relationships between employees and management, addressing concerns and facilitating a supportive work environment
  • Stay current with labor laws and best practices in the regions we operate
  • Develop and implement relevant HR policies that promote compliance and foster fair treatment across all levels
  • Collaborate with management to assess and enhance competitive compensation and benefits packages tailored to attract and retain talent in various regions
  • Manage administrative tasks such as document signing, office support (for the Belarus office), and other clerical duties
  • Organize team-building activities, coordinate employee recognition initiatives, prepare and send greetings for birthdays and anniversaries, and purchase gifts to foster a strong sense of belonging and appreciation

Requirements

  • From 6+ months of experience in HR/Recruiting
  • Proficiency in English (B2+)
  • Strong positive communication skills
  • Excellent planning and coordination abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving goals and meeting deadlines
