About the role

  • Lead or be part of a team supporting complex HR initiatives across APAC
  • Own and support delivery of HR programs aligned with APAC HRLT priorities
  • Translate business needs into structured project plans
  • Lead execution across HR, Finance, Legal, and Technology
  • Monitor and report on program health, including milestones and risks
  • Build and maintain detailed project documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR project management
  • Proven ability to lead regional initiatives with global alignment
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and planning skills
  • Experience working across geographies and virtual teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
