Responsibilities
Ensure that the organization remains compliant with external regulations and internal standards
Minimize legal and reputational risks
Foster a culture of ethical business practices
Develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards
Support risk management and promote a culture of integrity
Conduct compliance assessments, audits, and risk reviews across business areas
Identify and escalate areas of non-compliance, providing recommendations for remediation
Prepare reports for leadership and, where necessary, regulators
Develop and deliver compliance training programs and awareness campaigns
Act as a subject matter expert on compliance and policy matters
Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed compliance requirements into operations
Liaise with external regulators, auditors, and partners where appropriate
Requirements
Proven experience in compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
English: Full professional proficiency is required. Other languages spoken in the respective region are an advantage. For the role supporting LATAM fluency in Spanish is required.
