- Lead full-cycle recruitment for direct labor, technical, and professional roles across multiple manufacturing sites
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Coordinate and execute onboarding processes
- Support employee relations and address concerns
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in an assembly, manufacturing or industrial setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong ownership and sense of urgency
- Knowledge of HR practices including benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations
- Familiarity with OSHA, FMLA, ADA, and other employment regulations specific to Florida
