  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for direct labor, technical, and professional roles across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Administer employee benefits programs

  • Support employee relations and address concerns

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in an assembly, manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Strong ownership and sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of HR practices including benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Familiarity with OSHA, FMLA, ADA, and other employment regulations specific to Florida
