About the role

  • HR Generalist at KAIFU-NORDLAND eG managing employee training and development. Supporting recruitment and operational HR topics in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement operational HR development activities such as organizing training sessions, conducting employee surveys, etc.
  • Coordinate and oversee our apprenticeship program in the role of Apprenticeship Lead
  • Contribute to various projects to further develop tools, processes and digitalization across all HR topics
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Act as deputy for the HR Advisor during absences for all HR matters, including preparatory payroll tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration)
  • Initial generalist professional experience in HR
  • Additional qualification as a Personnel Specialist and/or trainer certification (Ausbildereignung) desirable
  • Good knowledge of HR practices
  • IT affinity / IT-savvy
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Strong team orientation
  • Openness to learn and work across different HR topics
  • Enjoyment in shaping HR work and contributing your own ideas
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset and actions
