About the role

  • Planning, organizing and delivering seminars and training programs
  • Responsibility for our e‑learning offerings via Relias
  • Managing diverse projects across the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Further development of our leadership development program
  • Monitoring current trends and developments in personnel development and deriving new initiatives
  • Selecting, managing and evaluating external training providers and internal trainers/presenters

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training, preferably in business administration, education or psychology
  • Additional qualifications in coaching, mediation or related disciplines are desirable
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing personnel development measures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to professionally coordinate diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking to design and successfully implement personnel development initiatives
  • Strong interest in digitization and process optimization
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and the ability to develop new strategies and approaches
