About the role
- HR Controller responsible for analyzing HR metrics and generating reports for Bird & Bird. Collaborate on decision-making processes and support HR projects in Düsseldorf.
Responsibilities
- Sie erfassen, bereiten auf und analysieren Kennzahlen für den gesamten HR-Bereich und erstellen daraus aussagekräftige Reports sowie Dashboards.
- Verfügbare Daten werden von Ihnen konsolidiert und visualisiert – mit dem Ziel, eine verlässliche Datengrundlage zu schaffen.
- Dabei nutzen Sie Tools wie Microsoft Power BI und Power Automate.
- Sie entwickeln unser HR-Kennzahlensystem weiter und gestalten Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management.
- Daraus leiten Sie gezielt Maßnahmen ab.
- Als Prozessmanager begleiten Sie die Modellierung und Optimierung unserer HR-Prozesse und stehen als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Verfügung.
- Sie planen, unterstützen und koordinieren HR-Projekte – strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und mit Blick für das Wesentliche.
Requirements
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informationstechnologie oder ähnlich, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Bereich Personal und/oder Controlling.
- Sie beherrschen Microsoft Excel und Power BI sicher und bringen ein gutes Verständnis für datengetriebene Tools mit.
- Erste Berufserfahrung im HR- oder Controlling-Umfeld, vorzugsweise in einer internationalen Beratung oder Kanzlei, ist von Vorteil.
- Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit HCM-Systemen wie Workday oder SuccessFactors sowie Erfahrung in der Prozessmodellierung sind wünschenswert.
- Sie haben Freude daran, komplexe Daten zu strukturieren und visuell ansprechend aufzubereiten.
