- Manage Configuration Data in GKN-Fokker PLM Solution as an Aerospace Engineer. Collaborate on Aircraft Design & Development Life Cycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

- create/ manage Breakdown Structures of Configurations for Variants
- check Engineering data (Product Structures, etc.) regarding Conf. Management Procedures and Rules
- create Implementation Plan for Change Notices
- check and assess Configuration Data, received from third parties for necessary actions
- actively contribute to and improve processes and associated PLM functionality by specifying, testing and documenting Data Exchange with third parties
- manage data exchange conform allowed procedures
- manage Configuration Data in Partner PLM Solutions
- register Change Objects
- create/ manage Breakdown Structures of Configurations for Variants
- process Variant Configurations in datasheets
- focal point for Production regarding effectivity changes
Requirements
- completed (higher) vocational or polytechnic education in Mechanical or Aircraft Engineering
- preferably experienced in: Configuration Management, International Military Programs, PDM/PLM and ERP solutions
- CM2 (e.g. IpX) modules 1-4 or willing to obtain these as soon as possible
- ability to think in terms of structures and relationships
- strong process skills and an affinity for technology
- affinity for IT in general and proficiency with data processing in Excel in particular
- excellent communication skills for interacting with various parties
- strong administrative skills
- fluent in English
- open personality who works accurately, is customer-focused, and enjoys collaborating with others
- willing to travel on a regular basis
