Responsibilities
Providing document management support to projects by processing and issuing project deliverables on behalf of Wood disciplines, clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Ensuring compliance with document management procedures and project requirements while supporting project teams across multiple locations.
Supporting Turnover and Closeout of engineering and supplier documents.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in document management
Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Strong computer literacy and prior data entry experience
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow and implement document DM work processes and checklists
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Prior experience supporting energy transition or renewables projects
