Responsibilities
Advise leaders on complex and sensitive HR and employment matters.
Lead efforts to enhance employee experience and retention through feedback and action plans.
Support enterprise-wide initiatives by aligning policies and managing change communications.
Facilitate talent discussions, succession planning, and diversity goals.
Build onboarding plans for new leaders and support their integration.
Identify workforce gaps and recommend strategic solutions.
Consult on organizational design to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Promote a performance-driven culture through education and data-driven insights.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives and mitigate risks.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in HR partnerships and consulting.
Proven experience in IT area
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to diagnose issues and align HR initiatives with business strategy.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all leadership levels.
Experience in change leadership and project execution.
Proficiency in data analysis and use of insights to inform HR decisions.
Knowledge of employment law (US), policy alignment, and risk mitigation
Expertise in talent management, performance management, organizational design, and diversity & inclusion.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management preferred.
Fluent English proficiency required.
