About the role

  • Assistant HR at Artimon contributing to HR projects and structuring for social performance. Engaging in recruitment, personnel management, training implementation, and internal HR communication.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and publishing job advertisements
  • Sourcing via job boards
  • Phone pre-screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up
  • Organizing onboarding
  • Drafting employment contracts and HR correspondence
  • Managing employee records in the HRIS (onboarding, departures, probation periods, etc.)
  • Support in managing performance review campaigns
  • Operational implementation of the training plan
  • Sourcing training providers, tracking registrations, logistics, and reporting
  • Participating in school relations and employer branding initiatives
  • Writing internal HR content (newsletters, communication materials, etc.)
  • Creating HR dashboards and metrics

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Comfortable with digital tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and thrive in a dynamic environment
