About the role

  • Assist with employee onboarding and termination processes;
  • Monitor and enter data into the electronic timekeeping system;
  • Update and organize employee files and records;
  • Provide employee support, answering questions about payroll, benefits, and internal procedures;
  • Support the delivery of training and the integration of new hires;
  • Maintain up-to-date controls and spreadsheets supporting the HR area;
  • Comply with internal procedures and policies;
  • Assist with the organization and physical and digital filing of HR documents.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of personnel/payroll routines;
  • Basic knowledge of labor/employment legislation;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides);
  • Experience with HR management systems — especially time and attendance modules.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge or experience with Power BI;
  • Certifications or courses in labor law or payroll/personnel administration;
  • Experience with digital payroll and benefits platforms.
