About the role

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to the Chief People Officer.
  • Lead or support global HR projects.
  • Drive policy harmonization across international locations.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and local HR teams.
  • Oversee global HR systems cleanup and optimization.
  • Lead the development and implementation of scalable job architecture frameworks.
  • Support annual compensation cycles.
  • Document and streamline global HR workflows.
  • Monitor global employment law changes and compliance efforts.
  • Analyze HR data to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate environment.
  • Prior management or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of global and U.S. employment laws and compliance practices.
  • Broad expertise across core HR disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and talent development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and improve HR processes through strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively across legal, finance, and operational functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in managing confidential and sensitive information.
