Execute and verify employment termination processes, ensuring information consistency and correct classification according to the type of separation.
Assist in calculating severance and termination payments, ensuring compliance with current legislation and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
Issue, organize and review termination documents (TRCT - Termination of Employment Contract Form, guides, agreements and receipts).
Monitor legal deadlines and ancillary obligations, with special attention to submitting information to eSocial.
Support employee and manager inquiries regarding the status and questions related to the termination process.
Keep termination files and records up to date and in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Provide support to the Legal Department by supplying reports, data and documents when requested.
Collaborate on related activities within the termination team, ensuring integration and alignment with other areas of the Personnel Administration team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
Previous experience with termination procedures and labor legislation.
Knowledge of labor calculations, types of termination and collective bargaining agreements.
Familiarity with eSocial and the legal deadlines related to termination obligations.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with payroll systems (experience with Senior is desirable).
Attention to detail, responsibility and ability to manage deadlines.
