Build, manage, and steward long-term relationships with hotel partners
Negotiate and maintain rate structures that support event participants and community alignment
Track key performance indicators including room night impact, food & beverage spend, meeting room rental, parking, and audio/visual spend and provide accurate, timely reporting to funders and stakeholders
Manage CRM systems and contact pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
Deliver post-event reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Support the team in event bidding, servicing, and sponsor delivery through accurate data and hotel alignment
Provide data-backed insights that guide organizational decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, data analytics, related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
3–5 years of experience in hotels preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to build trust and collaboration with hospitality partners
Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools, and data analysis
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to balance relationship management with analytical responsibilities
Collaborative team player with solutions-focused mindset
