About the role
- Business Data Analyst supporting data infrastructure and reporting for a digital marketing ecosystem. Collaborating on data-driven decision-making through business analysis and Power BI tools in a global setup.
Responsibilities
- Power BI Ownership: Develop and maintain dashboards, manage user access, configure refresh schedules, gateways, and implement data privacy and performance optimization.
- SQL & Python Automation: Write and optimize SQL scripts, automate reporting and data workflows using Python, Power Query, and build API-based scripts.
- Data Streaming & Real-Time Systems: Create systems for automated streaming and real-time data processing.
- Business Analysis & Collaboration: Analyze business processes, test hypotheses, prepare ad-hoc reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve reporting.
- User Support & Documentation: Provide Power BI support, improve existing reports based on user feedback, and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis or BI Development.
- Solid knowledge of Power BI: dashboards, DAX, RLS, gateways, performance tuning.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Python proficiency for data automation, scripting, and API handling.
- Familiarity with building and optimizing data pipelines and data lakes.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2+).
