About the role

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets by driving lead growth in existing agency partner channels
  • Source new agency partners channels to build your customer base
  • Represent ooba at regional customer conferences, regional meetings and industry events
  • Be visible and active in the market place
  • Deliver product and service presentations across all potential avenues to grow lead base
  • Attend agency meetings to inform and upskill agents on new products and other value adding services
  • Drive new product sales initiatives

Requirements

  • 5 + years’ business development/sales experience
  • Previous banking (home loans) and/or real estate experience and existing relationships with industry
  • Proven track record of outstanding sales performance in a multi-product environment
  • Expert sales / business development skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge and skill in market analysis; business planning and opportunity management
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook)
