About the role

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote home care services and achieve growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and community organizations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the healthcare and senior care markets
  • Conduct community outreach and participate in local events to increase brand awareness
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and online advertising
  • Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure a seamless client intake and onboarding process
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, referral trends, and conversion rates to guide future strategies
  • Develop marketing materials and presentations that effectively communicate service offerings and value
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and competitor analysis to management
  • Maintain a compassionate, client-centered approach that reflects the company’s mission and values in every interaction

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in sales/marketing (home care, healthcare, or B2B preferred)
  • Ability to meet $700k sales quota and handle 10–15 daily client meetings
  • Skilled in lead generation, client consultations, and campaign execution
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the North Dallas/DFW market is a plus
