  • This is a Marketing Manager position in our newly created Issuing Marketing team, acting at Group level. This role will head the design and development of the Nexi Issuing value proposition, for the entire group, working in tight relationship with the Issuing Product team at international level.

  • **Team Leadership**
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of product marketers.
  • Set vision, pace, and direction to stay ahead of market needs.
  • Define goals, review performance, recognize results, and drive motivation.
  • Organize and scale the team effectively within business constraints.

  • **Value Proposition Ownership**
  • Design and own differentiated value propositions that drive sustainable business growth (12–24 months horizon).
  • Partner with Strategic Marketing and GTM teams to integrate insights on strategy, trends, competition, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Translate inputs into structured value propositions with the Issuing Product Team, defining the why, what, who/where, how, and value of each product offering.

  • **Market Execution & Validation**
  • Collaborate with GTM Marketing to validate new propositions commercially.
  • Continuously refine and evolve value propositions based on market feedback and performance.
  • Monitor markets and competitors to identify product innovations, opportunities, and threats, ensuring Nexi’s offerings stay competitive and relevant.

  • International profile with 4+ years of experience in cross-country or global roles.
  • Proven track record in product marketing, ideally within services, telecom, or high-tech industries.
  • Strong strategic mindset and solid business acumen.
  • Minimum 5+ years of people management experience in a comparable leadership role.
  • Fluent English proficiency, German as a plus
  • Preferred Education: Degree in STEM, Economics, or other quantitative disciplines.

  • International profile with 4+ years of experience in cross-country or global roles.
  • Proven track record in product marketing, ideally within services, telecom, or high-tech industries.
  • Strong strategic mindset and solid business acumen.
  • Minimum 5+ years of people management experience in a comparable leadership role.
