Requirements
- Substantial experience in a leadership role within large IT projects or similar

- Deep understanding of IT consulting, pre and post-sales transformational IT services, consulting, or IT design/build projects
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to quickly establish trusted advisor status with senior stakeholders
- Experience in hiring and leading technical teams
