Responsibilities
Manage the strategy, operation, and evolution of the company's digital channels, focusing on sales growth, maintaining profitability, customer retention, and excellent user experience;
Manage the portfolio of digital projects and initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with strategic objectives;
Track, monitor, and report key metrics;
Map and monitor the customer journey across digital channels (app, kiosk/totem, and marketplaces), identifying friction points and improvement opportunities, and collaborating with design and product teams on customer-centered solutions;
Support the prioritization of initiatives based on data: test features, run A/B tests to validate improvement hypotheses, and perform behavior-based segmentations.
Requirements
University degree (Bachelor's) or higher.
Experience with product analytics in an app context.
Hands-on knowledge of product and user behavior analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, GA4).
Familiarity with SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Ability to combine data insight with practical actions to impact business KPIs.
Knowledge of concepts: CAC, LTV, churn, RFM, DAU/WAU/MAU, funnel and cohort analysis.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
