Responsibilities
Support services related to digital products that strengthen digital sovereignty
Work at the interface between product, methodology, and customers
Assist in configuring and preparing digital tools for customer scenarios
Prepare customer meetings in terms of content and organization
Potentially participate in customer meetings after onboarding and support product demonstrations
Adopt the customer perspective to create user-focused documentation
Support the development of training and enablement formats
Help capture customer processes and provide appropriate services and tools to promote digital sovereignty
Requirements
Master's student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
Interest in services around digital products, software solutions, and customer processes
Enjoy working with customers and have a service-oriented mindset
Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable working style
Self-organized way of working, ideally with prior exposure to agile working methods
Very good communication skills in German
