About the role

  • Lead and develop regional teams and sales representatives, ensuring high performance, engagement and strategic alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze targets, performance indicators and the progress of commercial portfolios across the country.
  • Foster integration and collaboration among regional offices, encouraging the exchange of best practices and synergies.
  • Represent the company at forums, events and industry meetings, maintaining strong relationships with local clients, public authorities and relevant organizations.
  • Ensure rigorous execution of commercial and relationship strategies, strengthening strategic partnerships.
  • Lead management meetings and support teams in building customized, sustainable solutions for clients.
  • Ensure consistency and standardization of sales management processes (forecasting, CRM and follow-up rituals).
  • Frequent travel (2–3 times/month) to oversee regional operations and hold in-person meetings with strategic clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B commercial management, with regional or national scope.
  • Preferably based in São Paulo (capital), or in Rio de Janeiro or Brasília.
  • Proven prior experience in companies within the media and communications sector.
  • Expertise in selling multiplatform media projects (print, digital, radio, branded content and events).
  • Strong track record in leading teams and sales representatives.
  • Proven ability to operate across different hierarchical levels, from operations to the board.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Inspiring, collaborative leadership style with a strong results orientation.
  • Demonstrated strategic vision, organization and effective management of pressure and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
