About the role

  • Spot the right partners across retailers, estate agents, banks, marketplaces and media platforms
  • Own the pitch, negotiation and close of partnership deals
  • Own the whole partner lifecycle: integrations, lead delivery, and tracking conversion
  • Work closely with product to build slick partner experiences
  • Work with sales and CRM marketing to convert partner leads into customers
  • Expand and scale UK partnerships into Spain, France and Germany
  • Run and scale affiliate platforms (eg Awin) and long-tail affiliate opportunities
  • Lead and develop a small team of partner managers across UK and international markets
  • Build dashboards, decks, reporting frameworks and partner-facing collateral
  • Shape partnerships and affiliate marketing strategy focused on out-thinking vs outspending competition

Requirements

  • A proven track record of scaling partnerships internationally, especially in fast-paced or startup environments
  • Hands-on approach: lead deals and personally nurture key relationships
  • Commercial mindset focused on value, ROI, and performance
  • Strong experience with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g. Awin) and performance optimisation
  • Experience owning pitch, negotiation, and deal close
  • Experience managing the whole partner lifecycle: integrations, lead delivery, conversion tracking
  • Ability to work closely with product, sales and CRM marketing teams
  • Experience managing and developing partner managers across regions
  • Ability to build dashboards, decks, reporting frameworks and partner-facing collateral
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially with exec level stakeholders
  • Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and able to prioritise and adapt
  • Willingness to be office based and commute to Hammersmith 3-5 days a week
  • Right to work in the UK (visa/sponsorship questions in application)
