About the role

  • Lead sales and advice analytics and manage analytics team at Vanguard, global investment management firm. Drive measurement, advanced analytics, and data infrastructure to inform sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives
  • Define and execute the vision for sales & advice operations analytics, aligning with business goals and priorities
  • Hire, manage and mentor a team of analysts; set performance goals and manage the team in alignment with HR policies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing and business leaders and influence strategy and planning decision making
  • Oversee development of measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to evaluate sales and product effectiveness across channels
  • Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to improve targeting, personalization, and ROI
  • Collaborate with COE teams, data engineering, and IT to enhance predictive capabilities, automation, and scalable data pipelines
  • Stay current on analytics trends, tools, and technologies and champion adoption where appropriate

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Analytics with progressive leadership
  • Experience leading teams in Sales Analytics
  • Expert level executive stakeholder management and presentation
  • Strong leadership capabilities and consultative approach
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation (A/B testing)
  • Experience defining measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to evaluate sales and product effectiveness
  • Experience collaborating with data engineering and IT to ensure scalable, secure data pipelines and tools
  • Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring analysts
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership
