Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, developing team members both personally and professionally through strong mentoring and coaching
Develop and own the strategic direction of all marketing activities — including brand, performance, content, and growth marketing
Act as the internal performance marketing expert at Patronus: drive innovation, test new channels, and train internal stakeholders
Establish metric-driven reporting structures and ensure full funnel transparency — from lead generation to retention and LTV
Develop and implement scalable, data-driven marketing processes aligned with our business strategy and customer journey
Own the SEO and content marketing strategy and evolve it to strengthen organic visibility and inbound acquisition
Execute effective campaigns across paid and organic channels, working closely with Product, BI, Sales, and Operations
Promote deep understanding of customer needs and market trends — translating insights into actionable, impactful growth strategies
Requirements
5–10 years of B2C marketing experience, with proven leadership experience in a startup or scale-up environment
Strong expertise in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and brand-building best practices
Experience in SEO and content marketing, with demonstrable success growing organic reach and inbound traffic
Background in lead generation or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of funnel optimization and conversion mechanisms
Strong analytical thinking and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Salesforce, Webflow, and Figma
Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to scaling teams and processes
Collaborative leadership style — able to lead, empower, and inspire teams
Excellent communication skills and a visionary perspective on building an outstanding consumer brand
Business-fluent German (C1) and English (C1)
