About the role

  • Chief Marketing Officer driving growth through inbound strategies for Food, Health, and Digitalization enterprise. Building scalable systems and brand trust across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

  • You build and scale our inbound marketing engine: more demand, improved conversion, and significantly better unit economics (CAC → CLV).
  • You are hands-on when it counts: creative ideas, campaigns, launches, messaging, and testing.
  • You move CAC → CLV into the green: attribution, reporting, and funnel transparency.
  • You build brands that inspire trust: FoodGenius, Personal.manager, uninu, Glückliche Gäste.
  • You lead and care for your team, creating an environment that enables high performance without burning people out.
  • You work closely with Product & Sales: seamless collaboration and end-to-end go-to-market.

Requirements

  • You have owned growth (B2B and/or B2C) and can demonstrate how you achieved it.
  • You are strong in performance and funnel (paid, CRO, CRM/lifecycle, messaging, testing) while also skilled in brand and positioning.
  • You are creative and resourceful, run many tests, and have the courage to kill initiatives quickly when they don’t work.
  • You lead people with maturity and fairness: demanding, supportive, and clear.
  • Trade-show / event marketing with clean pipeline follow-up (nice-to-have).
  • CRM/automation experience (HubSpot or similar).
  • Experience in gastro-tech, health-tech, or other trust-driven markets.
